As a Nipper Engineer, you are responsible for the worldwide commissioning of our systems as well as providing technical support for complex malfunctions.

Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the high quality and reliability of our solutions.

  • Lead the internal project team and act as the first point of contact for the customer.
  • Deliver automation projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare and monitor project and budget planning.
  • Proactively manage expectations with both customers and the organization.
  • Identify and control risks within projects.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering to ensure resources and capacity are available.
  • Evaluate completed projects and implement improvements.
  • Visit customers during project kick-off and delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in automation projects, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
