
Your role as Service Coordinator
As a Service Coordinator, you are the central hub of the service department. You ensure that our technicians, engineers, and (international) service partners know exactly where and when they are expected. You create an efficient schedule for installations, maintenance, and breakdowns, making sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
In addition, you manage our support ticket portal: you assign technical questions to the appropriate service engineer, and you handle spare parts requests yourself.
What will you do?
- You plan installations, maintenance activities, and service visits.
- You monitor progress, keep track of deadlines, and report on them.
- You assign support tickets to the available engineers.
- You oversee priorities and ensure that urgent tickets are handled on time.
- You actively think along about how we can organize processes more smartly, efficiently, and effectively.
Have you got what it takes? - MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking.
- Experience with planning, organizing, or coordinating is a plus.
- Technical experience or affinity with technology is a plus.
- You are comfortable working with computers and systems (experience with planning software or ERP is a plus).
- You communicate easily and know how to create calm and maintain overview in a dynamic, sometimes hectic environment.
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
