Roll container packing reinvented
The Nipper Stretch Hood is the most energy-efficient stretch hood machine on the market. It consumes only 54 watts per roll container and is fully motor driven. Thanks to its smart design no gas, hydraulics or pneumatics are present, making the Stretch Hood more economical in use than any other Stretch Hood system. Stretch Hood film is 100% recyclable and sustainable with high percentages (up to 35%) of recycled material. Thanks to the adjustable vertical tension (up to 15%), film-consumption is limited. Which is beneficial for both your budget and the environment!

Load measurement
When a roll container is transported into the Nipper Stretch Hood the film is already produced. As roll containers are standardized the film length needed to pack the container is known. If you handle roll containers where goods can stick out the container top an automatic height detection ensures a film length adaptation accordingly to the measurement. Fully automatic, with no manual intervention!
Foil Flexibility
The film is supplied via a roll in the film unit. The Nipper Stretch Hood for roll containers is equipped with one film unit. The stretch hood is transported to the opener via a closed belt system. Making sure that any contamination is prevented. Ideal for industries working with laundry, food or parcels. The film transport module can process films of various thicknesses and sizes without any problems. This results in a tightly and neatly packaged roll container using sustainable films.
