As a Nipper Engineer, you are responsible for the worldwide commissioning of our systems as well as providing technical support for complex malfunctions.
Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to the high quality and reliability of our solutions.

Your responsibilities
Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Collaborate on factory FATs to test systems before delivery.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineers and Work Preparation to identify and resolve deviations.
- Officially release systems for shipment after successful FAT.
Customer commissioning
- Schedule, coordinate and perform on-site commissioning.
- Perform I/O testing and functional checks according to specifications.
- Optimise system settings for maximum performance.
- Active collaboration with customer and project team for smooth delivery.
Technical support
- Diagnose complex failures both on-site and remotely.
- Advise customers on upgrades and performance improvements.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting guides and maintenance protocols.
Reporting and communication
- Accurately document work performed.
- Provide feedback to ISM manager on progress and bottlenecks.
Safety and quality
- Work according to strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Identify risks and actively contribute to improving working procedures.

Who we are looking for
✅ Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or similar, or MBO4 with strong experience in mechanical engineering.
✅ Experience with mechanical as well as electrical systems; knowledge of AGVs is an advantage.
✅ Driving licence B
✅ Willingness to travel regularly (nationally and internationally).
✅ Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
✅Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
