What are you going to do
As Supply and planning coordinator, you and a colleague are jointly responsible for all purchasing and work preparation activities, and you’re part of the operations team, consisting of four members.
Together, you ensure that parts are purchased from the right suppliers, under the best conditions, and delivered on time so production can continue uninterrupted.
This role requires strong internal and external communication, and the confidence to take charge when things don't go as planned.
You are ultimately responsible for preparing production for our high-quality machines.
You also work with your team to maintain an accurate inventory overview, ensure minimum stock levels are replenished on time, and anticipate upcoming projects.
This role involves key responsibilities where you can make a real impact at Nipper.

Your Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Select and order materials and parts from reliable suppliers.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish on time to avoid production delays.

Work Preparation: Create work orders and ensure efficient production planning.

Supplier Contact: Maintain strong relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery times, and continuously monitor supplier performance to ensure a reliable supply chain.

Quality Control: Ensure the quality of purchased materials and parts.
Who we are looking for
-
Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a technical or production environment.

Education: MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in a technical field.

Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proactive and solution-oriented.

Languages: Good command of Dutch and English.

Software: Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
