What are you going to do
Are you structured, customer-oriented and do you like variety in your work? Do you have an affinity for technology and do you enjoy working at the interface of service, logistics and administration? Then this position is for you.
Within the department ISM (Installation, Support, Maitenance) we are looking for a Support employee to join the team from August. In this position you are an indispensable link in our service organization. You will manage the support ticket portal, communicate with customers, process spare parts requests and assist in planning and recording service activities.
Nipper and the ISM department are developing rapidly. Due to increasing demand and higher expectations from our customers, our organization is growing. We are looking for someone who wants to grow along with us, actively contribute to the further professionalization of our service organization and help us organize processes more intelligently and efficiently.
Your responsibilities
- Managing the support ticket portal: recording, prioritizing and routing customer inquiries
- Answering simple technical questions and operational issues
- Preparing quotes for spare parts and coordinating delivery times with customers
- Coordinating the shipment of parts in cooperation with the warehouse
- Documenting support cases and processing work orders and customer feedback
- Assisting in planning service visits and maintaining customer contact
Who we are looking for
✅MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in engineering, logistics or administration
✅Affinity with technology; basic knowledge of industrial systems is a plus
✅Experience with ERP or ticketing systems (such as AFAS, SAP or TOPdesk) is a plus
✅Fluent in Dutch and good command of English both verbal and in writing
✅You work accurately, structured and customer-oriented
✅You are proactive, like to think about improvements and set priorities
