Technical Project Leader

What are you going to do?
As a Technical Project Leader at Nipper, you ensure that our automation projects run smoothly from kick-off to final delivery. You are the connecting link between the customer, project team, and internal departments. With your technical expertise and organizational skills, you translate customer needs into concrete solutions and guide the entire process, ensuring that our innovative Nipper solutions are successfully implemented.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the internal project team and act as the first point of contact for the customer.
- Deliver automation projects from start to finish.
- Prepare and monitor project and budget planning.
- Proactively manage expectations with both customers and the organization.
- Identify and control risks within projects.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering to ensure resources and capacity are available.
- Evaluate completed projects and implement improvements.
- Visit customers during project kick-off and delivery.
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in automation projects, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a true team player.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
